Update January 28, 2014. We are still working on getting all back orders shipped and hope to not have to issue any refunds but will if needed although we are asking for patience. Please read this update. If you have not heard from one of our volunteers and have an outstanding order PLEASE email us. We are not avoiding you!! All orders not shipped with tracking confirmation by February 15th will be issued full refunds, the board has voted on this!! We are trying to ship orders and not issue refunds so that the monies can stay with the rescue but we will issue refunds on that date to anyone who has not had their order shipped or has not already had an earlier agreement through email.

We are not closing our store but we are forced to take a break. Due to some happy news on behalf of our Director and a few complications on the way, we feel it would be better to slow down, catch our breath, catch up and start back full speed in late summer 2014. For those that don't know already, our Director is expecting a new addition to her family and has not been able to work on toys as she had been.
All orders already placed are being filled and shipped out. There has been a delay in our toymaking and shipping which we apologize for and accept all blame for, along with a few unforeseen postal delays and backorders on parts. We are not currently offering refunds as all monies go directly to the rescue when they are received, and our Director has the only authority to authorize refunds which she is not able to currently do. We are shipping orders, along with some freebies, and some discounts for when we reopen. We hope you will stand with us while we get this done. All emails are being answered within 1-2 days or sooner, and that is the best way to contact us. If you have not received your order, an email on the delay, or a tracking number by February 5 please contact us. We are not avoiding you!! Sometimes we, the volunteers, can't handle things as efficiently or quickly as our Director has, or we miss seeing an order file, but we are getting everything caught up as quickly as we possibly can.
